You may change your order/item if you received a damaged and wrong color/size
(IF OUR FAULT). Strictly No Item exchange.

The item must be properly wrapped and sent back to us within 4 days after receiving your package.
*Any damages inspected done by the customer (stain, scratches etc.) will not be considered.

Usually orders take 1-3 days to be shipped out.

Please be patient, we're a very small operation.

We are not responsible for any lost or missing / stolen packages.
